The PEX financial platform and corporate cards offer robust features for managing business spending and reconciliation. PEX simplifies and automates spend and expense workflows, saving valuable time and optimizing the bottom line. The platform reduces data entry, helps with cash flow management, captures and tracks receipts, streamlines reconciliation processes, and generates detailed reports.

With PEX Prepaid Visa® or Mastercard®, your employees, volunteers, or contractors can make purchases according to your specified terms. PEX also provides virtual cards on demand and a scalable API for customizable needs.

The PEX app is a complementary companion app for existing Administrators and Cardholders that enhances the main PEX platform experience. It is a free download.

With the PEX platform, you can:

  • Control Spend: Implement modern spending controls that automatically limit what, where, and how much employees can purchase. Daily, weekly, and monthly limits can be set, and employees can also be restricted to specific industries using Merchant Category Codes (MCCs).
  • Capture Receipts: Simply take a photo of a receipt, attach it to a transaction, and add custom notes.
  • Tag Transactions: Easily categorize and organize transactions using PEX Tags. You can also append accounting or general ledger codes to transactions to expedite reconciliation.
  • Make Quick Transfers: Transfer funds from your organization's bank account to your PEX account on an ad hoc basis or schedule automatic transfers. You can instantly fund or de-fund employee cards for precise control or allow cards to debit from a central shared account.
  • Request Funds: Allow employees to request funds from authorized administrators with an auditable process. Push notifications and email updates keep everyone informed.
  • Enhanced Reporting: Generate a variety of reports on purchasing activity, complete with detailed transaction data. Reports can be exported in CSV or custom formats.
  • Leverage Complimentary Systems: Seamlessly integrate PEX with your existing processes and tools, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Certify, and more.
